DScaler is a free of charge tool that can automatically calibrate video capture cards in order to obtain optimal brightness, contrast and color. This software can make a progressive scan feed and then allows you to use the videos for the resolution of your computer monitor or projector.

An application that does scaling/deinterlacing/inverse telecine using a high powered PC and a bt8x8 TV capture card. Essentially, this software converts a PC into a good-quality line doubler/scaler/upconverter machine!
