Than differs "Cole2k Media Codec Pack" from "K-Lite Codec Pack" ?
And Whether I can install both of them on one computer (that there were no problems)?

Read the describtion of the packs. So you can see whats the difference between them is. Cole is the bigger one.
Dont install 2 packs. This can cause difficulties.
Open your files with "G-Spot", it shows you if the codecs are already installed or not and gives you information what file it is.
Its better not to install anything, before you read the pinned topic "Guide to using codecs" here.
Following this guide should be the best solution for you.
