From Pal to NTSC How to convert?

I have a lot of PAL DVDs... but my TV is NTSC standard and DVD player is NTSC also... I want to convert PALs into NTSC... how do i do it? what kind of programs will you recommend me? also explain me the steps of this process! Thank you!

I recommend you to use "X Advance Converter". It is very great! but the free version is shareware (30 days).

Ok I try do it... but i can't... i checked options of my files, and it says it is MPEG-2 file... when i try to add it with that prog (or any other), it says that file is in wrong format - either .ifo (???) or .vob what a hell is that? i exactly know that my files are .mpg

HELP!

VOB/IFO files are part of a DVD structure on DVDs. If that program doesn't support MPEG as sources, try using WINAVI Converter or better yet...TMPGenc.
