how to create hardcoded subtitles from .ssa files? [SOLVED]

I had a .avi movie but the subtitle was horrible.
Recently, I bumped into a website and dl the .ssa subtitle file for that movie.

Now, all I need to know is how can I create hardcoded subtitles from the .ssa file.

I mean, "how can I embed the .ssa into the .avi as a hardcoded subtitle movie"

P.S. you may need a subtitle converter to convert to SRT or SUB first.
