quicktime alternative and firefox dont work in firefox on my computer

hi volks
I did install the quicktime alternative since apple just offer quicktime with ITunes. This works great in explorer but not in firefox :-( . Thats bad cause I mostly use firefox. Does anyone have a clue whats the problem?
