I don't know why my computer often restarts while it's running, and there is a blue screen with lots of words. In addition, It restarts at least 2 times when it has been turned on.

Pls help me solve this problem. I have lost my database many times

This BSOD or stop error is what it's called. If don't provide the error message code, we can't help you. Usually it's a hardware issue or software driver conflict.

The OS is programmed to restart when there is an error and does a memory dump.

i used to have that in my old comp.
u must have deleted something accidentally or installed something wrong.

that only way is to reformat your comp.

as for your data and stuffs u wanna keep, u can ask the repairman to bring a spare drive and then u can transfer your data there 1st.
then u can reformat your comp and transfer ur stuff back to your own drive.
