Is there any way how to find a never saved word file? I have deleted by mistake this file which i never saved it before.
I mean, is there a temporay folder to store this kind of files?

Uhhh so you never saved it in the first place ? If not ... then you are not getting it back ... but if you saved it this program might work:

If had crashed, MS Word allows you to recover some files.
However, if you have not saved or used the built-in autosave feature, then you out of luck.
