I had problems playing back 3gp files from my phone, down loaded Ace mega pack codecs. The files are playing back okay, a bit grainy, but okay.
Problem 1: The 3gp to avi converter that comes with the ace mega codecs pack is giving me a error message reading "Acces violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000". What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

Problem 2: The quality of the file when I'm playing it back in media player is not very good. Can I improve it?
