I have installed Real Alternative and everything works fine as long as the real files are played with the Mozilla plugin.
As soon as the files should be played by the external Media Player Classic, the player tells me that the real codec is not installed. What can i do to connect media player classic with the real alternative codecs?

You associated MPC with Real media during installation?
Also, see this topic how to set it:

Yeah, it's associated and it opens, of course.
However, it shows "DirectShow" will it should be "RealMedia" here:

To me it still seems, that the player does not connect with Real Alternative... Anymore ideas?

You're welcome!
I even didn't know it
but was trying to solve
However, it is usually set to RealMedia during a common installation.
