Im searching for a software, shareware or not, to create a new video file (AVI if possible) from two files, one is the Subtitles and the other the movie. (I D-Loaded FFVII - Advent children in Jap audio.) and i want to add a subtitle file (.SRT)
i need to merge so i can make a single file with subtitles. then ill share at Limewire.

Try AVI ReComp.

Use the program VIRTUALDUB and the plugin subtitles.zip
