hi all, having problems when i playback any video files, whether its downloaded or dvd playback, i get massive colour saturation and sometimes maximum brightness on all formats, real/windows media/quicktime and dvd....one thing though, and this only works on real, if i set my screensaver to come on after one minute and when it does i `wiggle` my mouse i then get a proper picture.....any help on this would be appreciated

Hi! Maybe you should (re)install latest DirectX.
What video card do you have BTW? There were problems reported with nVIDIA's driver version 77.72

I'm also experiencing this problem running an SIS 6326 4MB AGP card. Running on XP Pro OS. Problem persists in all formats besides MPEG.

chp....many thanks, installing a previous nvidia version has solved the problem....you are a lifesaver....
