Access Violation usually means you don't have permission to do something in Win ... are you the Admin ? If not try to log in as admin and see if it still does it. If that does not work then, try re-installing the program ... if that still does not work then ntdll.dll is probably corrupt and you should get a non-corrupt copy from your windows CD ... or from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?ntdll

M$ (at least NT) has had problems with 16-bit apps causing access violations in ntdll.dll ... it is supposedly fixed ... biggrin.gif ... right ?

The files was corrupt and the new one (downloaded at the site you recommended) works now.

Thanx a lot for your help.

Great ... I've actually had many problems with this exact dll becoming corrupt quite often ... I just kept a copy of it around in case it got corrupt again ... I'm not exactly sure why it is so corruptable ... but then I don't use Window$ anymore so, I'm too lazy to look up why. wink.gif
