Hi. I'm here more of a sponge than a faucet of information. It's not that I don't want to help, but my knowledge of computers is maybe somewhere in the middle though I'm working on becoming useful.

I'm from California. I do social work but I am a full fledged techie. I am the computer guru usually in our offices, but that doesn't mean much (I help with MS Office, printer issues, some minor networking issues, small stuff like that.) I've built only one computer on my own, but I'm confident in that aspect of hardware, but I don't know much about specs, brand names, etc. I usually consult with a friend when I'm making hardware purchasing decisions.
