Hello,
I have installed Windows Media Lite and it works properly with IE and Opera. Just the ZIP-version of Firefox doesn't work properly. Probably Windows Media Lite doesn't find the program folder of Firefox, because the zip version of FF is not registered in the Windows Registry. Do you know how I can solve this problem? I tried to copy the corresponding plugins (npdsplay.dll and npwmsdrm.dll) from the Opera plugins folder to the Firefox plugins folder, but it doesn't work either. Thanks in advance.
seba
P.S. Of course, I installed it on a complete new formatted system (W2K_SP4 Prof).

The nightly zip version is beta I believe. It may not install the necessary registry entries to make it work. Have you tried the official 1.07 with installer?

Usually upon install it will detect it and install Netscape/Mozilla plugin. If not, consider the possibility it doesn't support Firefox. WMP9/10 work fine with FF so not sure why you need lite version anyway.

Indeed, I use the latest nightly from Firefox. I'm testing now, whether Firefox 1.5 RC1 works with Media Lite, because the RC1 is released as installer version.
Well, I don't have WMP 9 installed, because i don't want that monstrous player. BTW it's an security problem, too. Windows Media Lite is for those, who need the plugin for the browser, but don't want the player. I use Media Player Classic.
