Hey all,
New here! I'm having problems watching some PDTV (Pure Digital TV) files. They are 700MB rips of a TV show I download and watch. They work on the other two computers in the house which have DVD drives but my computer doesn't.
So do I need a DVD drive or DVD software or something?
I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with GOTHiC rips...those are the ones i'm trying to watch.
Hope to hear from ya!
Cheers

It's just a BT release group I assume. PDTV is just the source.
More importantly you need to know the format which is usually in the filename:
In this case, it requires XVID codec. GSPOT will also help identify the codec you need. If it's an MPEG file then could be a VCD, VCD or DVD... so need DVD software or proper MPEG decoder. Hope that helps.
P.S. Just a reminder that we don't condone downloading pirated/copyrighted material. THanks.

Yep filename is much the same. I'll check GSpot out and see how goes...More importantly you need to know the format which is usually in the filename:
