who knows a great web-site that provides models for visit cards?i need it for making my own visit card an i want to be a kind of matrice where i can put my name?

I think what our friend Mischcabob is saying is, "What the he....double hockey sticks is a "visit card"?
I am of the mind that you are referring to what the rest of us call "Signatures".
You can find millions of such images for sig use by using google or yahoo image search engine in your internet browser. They are also offered free at many graphics sites. The big taboo is to copy one and use it without the artist's permission. They don't want money so much as they want respect for their many hours spent learning their craft. You can't blame them for that.
If you have a certain kind of image in mind, post it and I will check my archives for some good examples for your use, amigo.
