Does anyone know what this is ?
Seems to have been installed with the k-lite codec pack but I cannot find out if this is correct.

Media Player OLE2 Server What is this ?

Don't see it in my K-lite installation. OLE allows objects created in one application to be embedded in documents/objects created by a different applications e.g. embedding an Excel spreadsheet inside a Word document.
Maybe you got it installed as a windows patch or upgrade for Windows Media Player since it's required by many apps.

It shows up when I right click on a media file and choose "Open with" -> ?

Then it's not part of K-lite. It was installed from another application.
Not sure what you are asking. You can likely find the entry in registry and get rid of it, but that can be dangerous unless you know what you are doing.
