need help with dvd43

i keep getting error messages when i try to burn dvds. it was working fine i burned five dvds and the next one kept getting an error message saying i could not break the encryption. the dvd43 would not shut down or run correctly so i uninstalled it for now. please could someone help i am new to this. thanks

I think you need a better tool. Try AnyDVD or DVD Region+CSS Free. They aren't free but they worth every penny wink.gif

dvd shrink work well and is free!!!!(but need nero to burn)
dvd decripter is free to but dont burn you will need nero or other soft
