Hello im thinking about installing the klite codec pack.
But dont need all of them Because i want watsh Avis and playing games who need the old DX media stuff .

Well the Problem is that someone told me about that Klite codec when you install it that your sound becomes worser, for example listening Mp3 (over Winamp or so ) or the in Game sound not sounding that good anymore than without klite codecs installed
is it true?

another thing is , that i just want to watsh Avis and using Games with old DX MEDIA ( so that i can waths there the Game Videos

Well so like i said i dont need all Codecs , what kind i have to choose at installation when i only want to can watsh Avis and old DX media Game Videos?

well i can hardly understand what your saying, but during installation you can select what codecs you want

Hi sorry, my English is not well enough.I try it again.

I want watsh Avis on my Computer so i need codecs, and i want to play old Games like Final Fantasy 7 this needs to instal DXMEDIA, but the Final Fantasy DXMEDIA is too old so i dont want install it.

So i need Codecs, and i thought about installing Klite Codec Package, but someone ( person ) told me that this klite codec Package can cause trouble with the Windows Sound/ with the MP3 sound.
After installing klite it can happen that the mp3s on computer doesnt sound that good anymore.
That is what i got told by someone.
I just want to know if it is true?

and the second Question is . The fact that i just want to can watsh Avis and having fixed that DXMEDIA Problem in old Games , what kind of Codecs i have to choose when i want to install Klite.

NEVER EVER install codec packs, they mess up everything and completely destroy you merit/priority filter settings by installing dozens of codecs that can do exactly the same thing.
