Codec Problems

I have Motorola Mobile Phone tools and a Motorola V551 Cell phone and I am trying to move ringtones to my phone using the software but it will not work and gives me an error, I contacted Motorola and they said that the Codec that I have will not work and that they cannot help me fix it.

The Codec that they said was the problem is:

Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec (decode only)

They said that the decode only was the problem.

I have no idea what to do to fix this or what Codec to get.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Try to reinstall the Fraunhofer MP3 Audio Decoder
