Questionnaire Design Software.

hi there im looking for some software that allows me to design a questionnaire. ive used one years ago that was called PinPoint i think.

can anyone with some knowledge in this area please help.

Well any word processing or page making software will work: Word, PageMaker, Quark Xpress etc.
If want to use a wizard & templates, I suggest MS Publisher.
