simple audio recorder one hit start/stop recording

I'm looking for very easy to use audio recorder program with these features:

- one hit starts/end recording with no need to switch to this program
- key for start/stop can be customized
- saving in WAV or MP3 file with possibility to choose quality, bitrate etc.
- freeware

Do you know any?
