MPEG File woes

I'm having a problem playing this mpeg file.

I ran GSpot to try to find the codec and GSpot doesn't support mpeg files; it also failed to render the file.

I have the latest DivX and the more important codecs downloaded. I really dont know what other route to go.

Thanks,
Deluxe

I can play it in BSPlayer. So I'm missing a codec?

Yes, GSPOT is for AVI/MOV containers.

Most MPEG files just require a MPEG1/2 decoder which can be easily found. WINXP has native support.
If have problems, download MPEG decoder or use FFDshow to play them through your directshow player. wink.gif
