ok firstly im quite a beginner sp all you moderators please take this on board before the sniping
right on certain files that i want to play (video) sometimes i get a wishy washy sound like digital interference this is even on vlc player.. i can see the video perfectly it is just the sound i have the k lite pack v.1.46 installed and just did the recomended install..ok. i have ran gspot and it does say that the codec is installed now obviously there is something wrong the codec in question is 0x0055(MP3, ISO) MPEG-1 Layer 3 this is from the gspot and it means nowt to me the video is xvid please can someone tell me what i have to install or remove and how to set my codecs up properly

and yes i have looked on the internet for the last 3 weeks and i still have not found a solution
