Wasn't sure which area this was supposed to go in, but this seemed the most likely.

I'm having some terrible video problems after having installed some codec packs and now my videos look like a$$. By that I mean, the colors are bleeding (and so are my eyes), contrast is way too high, brightness.. tint.. pretty much the only thing that IS right is the alignment. I guess I can't complain as long as the video is right side up, yeah?

Anyway, I'm admittedly a n00b as far as managing my codecs goes. Before you ask, yes, I've already tried uninstalling them. It didn't have any effect. Whatever changes have been made are deeper than that... I'm really not sure what to do at this point.

These are the codec packs I was experimenting with:

K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 1.47
CCCP - Combined Community Codec Pack (2005-12-21)
FFDSHOW (not really a codec pack, but I was told it was good...)
