help!!!!!!!!!!

hi plp im playing my movies due to codec problems i play them through VLC media player but what i would like to now is how to get these onto disc so the can be watched through my dvd player at home can this be done through this player or is there software that can do this as well as the codecs being loaded as well thanks mr mac.......

Lots of guide & info how to encode/burn movies to DVD. wink.gif
