ok i cant play a single video on anysites except like you tube....when i try to go to falsh it says can not create DirectShow Player.....When i try to copy the link into say windows media player it says im missing a codec.. i try to search for it and i get this...

The codec you are missing is not available for download from this site. You might be able to find it on another site by searching the Web for "1" (this is the WaveFormat or FourCC identifier of the codec).

Pls help i cant even play vids of yahoo music etc............

did you only tryed playin file with wmp??
and you can use gspot ( http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ ) it will tell you if all youre codec are ok(or at least if they look ok!!)

and you can try different player!! www.corecoded.com
