Help
hi,
im having a problem while playing mpeg / (mpg?) files. for example yesterday when i downlaoded something 50 megs it only played for 1 minute...plus it didnt end when the small bar reached the end of the >wmp thingy<..and i know its meant to play for longer. is this a problem with the file or the player....ps. ive tried real, bsplayer and several more.

ive used windows media player >with the xp codec pack<, real player, divix player and bsplayer pro.
i can see the video and hear the audio properly but the whole movie does not play...its hard to explain but..the movie is supposed to play for 15 minutes..but the display only shows 1:05 and plays upto there and stops, however if i click random parts of the playing bar..at the bottom of the screen..the movie skips to parts which are beyond 1:05 minutes down the track<

Have you considered the movie is corrupted or you didn't get the full movie downloaded in its entirety?

yes, well, when i do play it ,no messages relating to corruption of the file pop up and ive download it twice from two different sources and still it hasnt played
