Hey all i downloaded ,Codec Pack All in 1 6.0.3.0 and it compleatly killed my pc, i cant play video files without crashes, etc, and after reading some of the user comments, i agree, however that isnt the issue, I wish to REMOVE this Software, so i tried uninstallation then a restart and it has left a heap of crap on my pc

such as Nastaveni XviD

And i no its also left Divx 6 installed on my pc Because its in the taskbaR!,

ive looked all over my pc, searched and i cant find any way to delete and remove this software, any help would be much appreciated i just need to get this crap off my PC.

just want to add its killed my audio when playing mp3s, i didnt realilse until now, sherlock the codec detective says for PCM, The driver file for this codec was not found. this proberly means the codec was not uninstalled correctly



This is not in safe mode btw, hehe

f**k windows media player is now saying runtime error, my system is f**ked, help!

Just Reinstalled Media Player 10, no Succses

If your running windows XP, I would suggest you run the system recovery (f10) on start-up. but be warned, this will delete almost everything you have installed on the computer yourself.
This maybe a little drastic, but it saved my computer last week.

It might be best to see if anyone can solve this problem for you before taking my advice.
