hello,
how can i edit ac3 files ? join them, or cut a part of them ?

delaycut is an interesting cutter.

You can also edit ac3 files (import them first: Project > Import Raw Data...) in Audacity. I'm not sure if you can save/export the files as ac3

Many audio editors work with WAV.. so just matter of demux/decode AC3 (I use Virtual DUBMOD)
and then converting AC3 -> WAV.
I use the simple converter and NERO WAv editor bundled with Nero Ultra Edition, but I'm sure there are other solutions.
