Hi,
I just installed LEAD Codecs Pack from leadtools.com
But, it made my WMP crashed...

I am about to uninstall it, but i couldnt'remove it..
I tried to uninstall using Control Panel > ADd/Remove Program but it just said Software Uninstalled but.. actually the software remains in my computer..

I also tried to re-install but.. it resulted the same way..

Nothing happened..

Can anyone help?

Thank you..

Not unusual for remnants to be left on computer. Codecs and plugins are often left behind & registered in case other programs need them or they are in use. Codecs are usually just copied & registered within Windows Directory.

Try rebooting & check if directory still exists under Program Files. The directory where it was installed can safely be deleted afterwards. wink.gif
