i have this two tv eps, as you can see, one is around 700mb, the other is just about half of that. both encoded in xvid.
how can i convert the large one into exactly the same format of the small one?? both video and audio.

You'll need to convert the AC3 audio format of the first one to MPEG Layer-3.
