Hi i need ur help well my problem i the next.
-I wanna extract audio and subs. from .mkv,.ogm & .avi files
and have just the video
But i dont know what is the perfect tool for make this work.

Use VirtualDub to extract multiplexed streams from container files.... (You may need to convert to all to AVI container format first, but this is not difficult).
