AND THE REAL ALTERNATIVE DONT WORK IN MAXTHON..WHY IS THAT ?

Can't support every single browser... there are dozens of them.

But realmedia plugin works with I.E., opera, Mozilla etc. and allows to play content in directshow players like Media Classic player, Zoom player etc.
