New to AddRemoveMaster

Hello. As the title suggests, I am new to both the program and the forum so please steer me in the right direction.

I am perfectly willing to pay for useful programs because I appreciate the work and expertise that goes into writing programs. However, I am not prepared to pay for programs that don't do what they say they will do.

I have installed the trial version of AddRemoveMaster basically to get a feel for it and test it out. The first thing I wanted is a printable list of installed programs. Fine, no problem.

Next, thing was I tried the uninstaller. OK, it uninstalled the program, as in it no longer works
BUT
There are still entries in the Registry and there is still an entry in the MSConfig startup list.

This is not what I expect. The program's own uninstaller will do as much as that. If I am going to pay for a program that says (in Standard Features) quote: "Uninstall programs and remove it's unused files and it's registry key from your computer", that's what I expect it to do.

Any comments please from experienced users?

ALSO, I can't see how to find the features that describe themselves as a 'Complete editor to edit programs uninstall information in registry' and 'Manually delete programs uninstall information in registry'. So any pointers in that direction would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot

in features :-
"Uninstall programs and remove it's unused files and it's registry key"

so the current version "5.0" remove the program left folder and shortcuts on desktop and start menu and
remove only the program registry key in the uninstall section and did not see if the program in startup or not

so it says "it's registry key" not "it's registry keys"

"I can't see how to find the features that describe themselves as a 'Complete editor to edit programs uninstall information in registry'"

You can open this tool by clicking on Edit menu then "Edit Entry"
this tool allow you to add new key - edit current keys/values or delete it

'Manually delete programs uninstall information in registry'

Just right click on any program from the list then click on delete from the popup menu
you can do this if you already uninstalled a program and it's still appear in the list.

You Are welcome Kerri
