Hi I wanted to download this online clip to my PC:

By using a Firefox extension called Videodownloader who in turn pointed me to SDP Multimedia:
http://sdp.ppona.com/
Are there any SDP experts in here that can help me or tell me exactly how to setup the program in order to record the online clip?

Never mind I discovered that they had a download button for members 
Or maybe not some of the links lacked download source so maybe knowing how to SDP wouldn't be such a shame.
