Hi from reading or skimming through the features descriptions to be more precies on Mplayer Classic download page. I got the impression that it had it's on Subtitle function built into it. Am I wrong or does one have to enable it through some secret commands like:
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, A, B, start :-)
before you can have the DivX, Xvid movies display the subtitles?
Or does one require a fresh download of VobSub before subtitles can be shown after all?

MPC can show subtitles, change the video renderer (in View/Options/Output) to "VMR9 (renderless)".
