I see your forum software version is v2.1.5 there is a security flaw below 2.16, the neweste security update of IPB is v2.1.7.

Finally, the situation is under control. The forum was updated to version 2.1.7. Thank you for letting us know freecodecsnewbie

euromix i am happy to help out where i can,is this the first time a leak of email addresse as happen to this forum because of a security flaw of some kind. Anyway i have already change my email i use on this forum.

There was another fourm that got hit pretty bad not long ago. euromix, didn't we just talk about this?

I'm glad to see it got fixed before it got too bad.

islandboy the fourm below was also hit but it is also updated now to 2.16 but not to the neweste version 2.17 that add a virus scanner to the forums server. I'm also glad to see it got fixed before it got out control.
