UTF-8 Codec Supported by WMP?

Hello all,

I was unable to open a stream with WMP, it was a UTF-8 codec file. As the stream is from the WWE website, I'm not sure whether it's WMP's incompatibility or the stream being protected or something.

Does WMP support UTF-8 codec, and if so, is the codec included with WMP by default?
If not, Is there a plug-in available?

Thanks for any help,

Glenn.

WMP supports it by default. I guess there's something wrong with the Win. Media Metafile (.asx) you're trying to play.

(Sorry for late reply)

Thanks for that. I think it's a protected file anyway, so I used a screen capture instead.
