Real Alternative time outs when streaming help please

Everytime I try to watch a real video stream with real alternative, about 45secs to 1min in to the stream I get an error message, saying "Connection to server has timeout. You may be experiencing network problems."

I have a fast 6mb connection so I know my connection isn't the problem.

Does anyone have the same problem? I'm running real alternative version 1.49 with k-lite codec pack 1.72

It's because server Is too slow not your connection.
