Adobe Premier Help me PLz I need help on how to install Premier

I dled adobe premier 6.0 and got the zip folder and made a temporary folder....... but i dont know how to install it, so if anyone can plz tell me how to do it (step by step if you can plz) then i would realy be grateful.....

Trial versions normally are self-executable files so I assume this is a pirated version?
