Hi there.
Apologies for having to write in and ask, but I have searched endlessly and whilst I have found some excellent sites - and some with this information, I am either too old - or I plain should have just stayed at school a little longer!!
My problem is this: Before reformatting my pc, I thought I had copied all my music onto disc the right way! But obviously ... I havn't.
When I go to play my songs ... I get ... Windows cannot play this file ... created in wrong ... blah, blah!
I have found out that I have made these into NCO ??
Re: Error ID = 0xC00D1199, Condition ID = 0x00000000
They individually show: 01-AUD~1MP3.nco
I hope there is someone out there who can tell me whether or not I can change the format, so I don't 'lose' all my songs?
Would be most greatful for any assistance and thank you all for taking the time to read through something that I really don't understand just yet!

Sounds like you used NERO BAckIT up for some reason to back up your MP3 files? I believe .NCO is Nero backit up format.
You should be able to use Nero Ultra Edition (must be installed) with BAckIT Up to restore to hard drive... or just copy the MP3 files in directories off the disc that you burned.
