I would like to convert 352x288 to 320x240 without black bars.
How to do ?
I tried all of letterbox, medium, panscan, full but didn't work.
It always shown black bars.
I accept stretch of demension because most 352x288 is VCD format
and it stretched. So I would like to convert to 320x240 = 4:3
