I love this browser!
As Lockergnome said: "I’ve used IE, Netscape, Opera, Firefox, and Deepnet Explorer. Deepnet Explorer is the best I’ve found."

Not only is Deepnet Explorer the world’s first browser with RSS news reader and P2P client integration, it is also the first browser to foil phishers! With its superior security, functionality and usability, Deepnet Explorer can dramatically improve your web experience.

WOW, much better than IE, and so many more features ! I'm never using IE again. The one thing that bothers me most about IE is the annoying Auto-Complete prompt that I cannot get rid of in any way possible. Not only does this browser not have that, but it has tons of features ! Phishing alarm, Floating pop-up killer, content filter, cookie filter, tabbed browsing, P2P, RSS, etc.

Very nice find euromix ! biggrin.gif

Always hesitant to try new browsers with little track record. Are you sure this browser doesn't use same core as I.E.?

Likely stick with Mozilla Firefox for now, but nice to see there are alternatives. wink.gif

Yes, Deepnet is built on the same platform as IE (for a while). Here is an old (Nov 22) cnet review dry.gif

Well... obviously based on IE.
Deepnet is an enhanced IE as i see, with additional features.
More security with Phishing alarm, Pop-up killer, content filter, cookie filter but... less when p2p is enabled... that can be a hacking option as well...
So this is an alternative browser, absolutely IE compatible, substitues IE great... just need to learn how to use it the smart way.
