Help! What files I should include and register in windows system?

I am now working on an application which targets to convert multimedia files of formats( mp2/mp3/mov/rm/avi) to those of wmv/wma/asf format. I almost finished the working. But with the application I should pack some filters such as quicktime, real, ffdshow and so on.

Now the problem is whether I can pack these filters and codecs into my installer? If so, where can I find and know which files( such as .dll, .ax) are to be included in the installer?

Thank you all for any suggestion.

I did quite a few searches and researches, inside and outside this forum; I am not a lazy guy. I knew how to install and uninstall a .dll/.ax file, but I what I want to know is:

Which files ( not only the .ax files, maybe the .ax files need some .dll(s)? ) shall I include in the installer so that a newly-built windows system(xp/2000) without any codecs previously installed can convert files from quicktime, real, dvd, avi, divx, xvid to wmv/wma/asf?

If there are such packages, whre can I find them?

I was being mad on this problem for quite a few days, but now I am at the end of rope. Any help?
