Ogg Vorbis 3+ codec installation for Windows XP Pro x64 How to install? 0x6771 to Win x64?

Hi guys
I tried to install the vorbisacm-20020708.zip file by unzipping and right-clicking vorbisacm.inf and click install. The video that requires Ogg Vorbis 3+ still can't work. I did see the 2 registry updates (Drivers32 and Drivers.desc) and the vorbis.acm copied to System32 folder and the Windows media player is restarted after installation.

Previously I installed on Windows XP b4 and it can work.

What's wrong? Can the codec be installed to a Win x64?
