LICENSING for K-LITE CODECS? Request for K-Lite Codecs License Info

Greetings:

I have searched everywhere and in every way that I can think of, yet I have been completely unsuccessful in my efforts to find any license details whatsoever regarding the K-Lite Codecs. I have extensive experience with commercial software licensing, and have reviewed hundreds of open source and/or freeware/shareware licenses, as well as public domain statements. However, I haven't been able to determine under which licensing model K-Lite is made available to the public. I'd like to know what restrictions and obligations are associated with using this software.

Can you please help me with this?

Thanks,
