DVD to VCD and vice versa [SOLVED]

i want to convert DVD (.vob) to VCD (AVI, DAT, ...) and vice versa, i want the best programz that do this job.

1click dvd to vcd is also good. but as euro said winavi dvd convertor is one of best as 1click takes a bit time...

The best program I use for converting AVI files to VOB files is DivX to DVD converter. Quite fast:
