Re-download purchased Add Remove Master Re-installing Add Remove Master/disappearing program info!

I've emailed support twice over the last 2 days, but haven't received a reply, so thought I'd try here.

For some reason all the installed programs information disappeared the other day (except for Windows updates). Why I don't know. Anyway I stupidly thought I'd uninstall the whole program and reinstall it. After removing it I found there was only the trial version to download. Again, for some reason I hadn't save the original install file! Idiot. I did so and installed it and got the message that my trial had expired. So that was the end of that.

Anyway, until now I've loved this software. It's been a useful tool. So... how can I re-download and install? Or is there no support after all?

Thanks in advance. blink.gif

PS if anyone knows why the installed programs info would just disappear (except for the icons), that would be interesting too.

No one?

Lots of looks but no answers.

Nothing from Support.

That's a shame. It's a lovely program, ah well back to Add Remove 4 Good then. Sigh. unsure.gif

Well there is a trial and a freeware version on download site. If you like it, consider registering. Otherwise, use the freeware version so there is no trial limit.

Note: Even when you uninstall trial or it expires, it's possible there are orphan entires left in the registry so will remember the last time you installed it. You can remove references in the registry and left over files in Program Files directory, but you should be careful mucking with registry. wink.gif

Thanks euromix and Mischcabob. biggrin.gif

I have just received a reply to my email sent to support, with a link to redownload the software.

All done and installed and working lovely. So all's well and I'm happy. It's a very pretty program. I like it very much. (I won't remove the installation file this time, just in case).

The cause of my initial issue is not known. I toggled from advanced to basic view and all the installed program information disappeared! My PC is clear of virae and spyware/trojans and has constant protection and is scanned daily. Shrugs shoulders and carries on. Maybe one will never know. wub.gif
