Not Able To Download A Specific HD File

I can download any other hd files, but this one doesn't work. I've tried disabling my Firewall, but it still doesn't work, so that is not the issue.

Please help, cheers.

Well there is a syntax error or something wrong with path from website.
Nothing to do with you.
